Error: "Onion Site Not Found"

This usually means the specific torzon onion node you are trying to reach is down or under heavy load.
Solution: Try a different mirror from our list. If none work, restart Tor Browser (New Identity) to get a fresh circuit.

Error: Captcha Failed / Loop

The anti-DDoS system is sensitive.
Solution: Ensure your Security Level is set to "Safest" (No JS). Type the captcha slowly. If it loops, get a "New Tor Circuit for this Site" (Ctrl+Shift+L).

Issue: Deposit Not Showing

If you sent XMR to your torzon wallet and it is not there after 30 minutes:
1. Check the transaction ID (TXID) on a Monero block explorer (xmrchain.net).
2. Ensure it has 10 confirmations.
3. If confirmed on blockchain but not on market, open a support ticket with the TXID.

Issue: "Invalid PGP Signature"

When verifying a mirror or 2FA login, this error means the text has been altered.
Solution: Ensure you copied the entire PGP block including the dashes. If verification fails, YOU ARE ON A PHISHING SITE. Leave immediately.
